Terms of Use

1. General: The website www.arachim.org is operated by the Arachim Association—an organization for the dissemination of Judaism. Use of the website constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Personal Use: Use of the website is permitted for personal purposes only. Commercial use is prohibited without prior written approval from the Association.

3. Site Content: The site includes articles, lessons, videos, registration forms, matchmaking forms, the ability to make donations, and additional content.

4. Copyrights:

1. 4.1. All content displayed on the site, including but not limited to texts, articles, images, graphics, designs, charts, statistics, software, videos, and audio, is the intellectual property of Arachim and is protected by the Copyright Law, 2007, and other applicable laws.

Browsing and/or using the site constitutes the user’s explicit consent that it is prohibited to copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or perform any other action with respect to the content displayed on the site without obtaining prior written approval from the site management.

Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection: The Association collects personal information that you voluntarily provide (name, phone, email, address, gender, date of birth), and in matchmaking forms—additional details (ID number, marital status, occupation, economic status, and the like). Browsing data are also collected (IP, cookies, analytics).

2. Purposes of Use: Providing the Association’s services (matchmaking, seminars, donations), sending updates, managing donations, improving the site, and marketing subject to law.

3. Data Storage: The information is stored on the Association’s servers in Israel and, in part, on Google’s servers. The Association may retain the information indefinitely, subject to law.

4. Disclosure of Information: Information will not be disclosed to third parties except for payment processing, pursuant to a legal obligation, or with the user’s consent.
